Designed a feasibility study for vessel-based PSOs to collect biopsies from marine mammal carcasses; created protocol, designed equipment, trained PSOs. Prepared marine mammal sections of ESA section 7 biological assessment for proposed oil and gas project in Alaska. Assisted with drafting sections of a manuscript based on PSO data.
